These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via www.crewcoffeee.dk (our "Site") operated by Crew Coffee ApS, a company registered in Denmark with company registration number 43584324.

By using our Site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

2. Orders and Contracts
2.1. By placing an order through our Site, you are purchasing a product subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your order has been received. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
2.3. A legally binding contract will be formed between you and [Your Company Name] once the goods are dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent to you.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices on our Site are listed in Danish Kroner and include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
3.2. We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
3.3. Payment can be made via MobilePay, and the full amount will be charged at the time of purchase.
3.4. In the event of pricing errors on our Site, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the correct price is higher, you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship to Denmark and other EU countries + Norway and offer delivery via GLS.
4.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as customs clearance or postal strikes.
4.3. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout, based on the delivery method selected.
4.4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Right of Return
5.1. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at salg@crewcoffee.dk.
5.3. You must return the products to us at Nybrovej 176, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark at your own expense, within 7 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
5.4. We will refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5.5. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Defect Products and Warranty
6.1. If you receive a defective product or the product is not as described, you have the right to request a replacement or refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
6.2. To report a defective product, please contact us at salg@crewcoffee.dk with your order number and details of the defect.
6.3. If a defect is verified, we will cover the costs of returning the product to us and will either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Crew Coffee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Site or the purchase of any products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7.2. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising from any order placed through our Site shall be limited to the total price of your order.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
