We roast our coffee at ØNSK kaffe at Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

ØNSK is a fully organic coffee roasting facility and we roast on a Loring roaster, one of the most advanced roasters, securing a high quality roast every time.

We source the best coffee beans from 

• InterAmerican Coffee in Hamburg
• Roast Rebels in Zürich
• Nordic Approach in Oslo

Together with Michael de Renouard, we develop the right roasting profiles to match our green beans and to bring out the best flavor in our coffee.

And Stabrand Spedition helps us ship and store our coffee in the best possible way, to secure the high quality of the beans all the way from the farm to our customers.
